We understand it can be tough to reach out for the help you need and deserve. Asking for help can be overwhelming, uncomfortable, or scary. The search can be exhausting, and even just making the call can feel daunting.
That's why at Caring Connected, we make connecting to help as comfortable and easy as possible:
Reach out to us by phone, e-mail, text, or send a chat through our social media pages—whatever's most comfortable.
Our Care Coordinators are available 9AM-5PM, Monday - Friday and typically respond within 48 business hours.
Let us help match you with one of our qualified Care Providers, or you can browse the list and tell us who you prefer.
Signs and directories in our buildings only display "Caring Connected" and the suite number, so you don't have to worry about being seen entering a therapist's office.
We understand it can be difficult to find the right provider on your own. Finding someone with the experience and credentials to fit your specific needs is hard enough; finding them within your budget and schedule on top of that can be near-impossible. Too often, people realize they've been mismatched only after investing significant time, money, and emotional energy.
That's why at Caring Connected, we work hard to connect you to the right care from the start:
We offer a FREE consultation with one of our trained, experienced Care Coordinators who will carefully match you to one of our qualified Care Providers based on your specific needs, budget, and schedule.
If we feel there isn't a good match on our team, we'll do our best to suggest an outside provider who might be better.
All of our Care Providers are licensed and/or registered by their state's professional boards after successfully completing the necessary education, exams, training, and practice. While their expertise and backgrounds vary, they all have Master's or Doctoral degrees and at least 2,000 hours of clinical experience.
Care Providers are required to complete at least 20 sessions of their own therapy so they know what it's like to be a client.
Once you Contact Us, one of our Care Coordinators will respond (typically within 48 business hours) to setup your FREE phone consultation. During your consultation (typically lasting about 30 minutes), your Care Coordinator will ask you a few questions about yourself and the challenges you're facing, discuss scheduling and payment options, and answer any questions you may have. Then, if we think we can help you and you decide to work with us, your Care Coordinator will carefully match you with one of our qualified Care Providers based on your specific needs. If you'd like, you can also read through our list of providers and tell us who you prefer.
Once you're matched, your Care Coordinator will help you schedule your first session, provide you with any required forms, explain our policies, and answer any additional questions. Throughout your treatment, your personal Care Coordinator will remain your point of contact for any non-clinical items such as billing, payments, paperwork, and enrolling in our optional Care Packages. That way, you get customized help without having to explain everything to someone new each time you contact us. All scheduling after the first session is done through your Care Provider directly.
We understand that you're the one seeking help, so you probably have enough on your plate without adding extra stress. You don't need the entire waiting room to hear your schedule and personal details. You don't want to print a pile of paperwork, have to remember to bring it, or forget what information you need in order to fill it out properly. You also don't want to write a check or have to go to the ATM.
That's why at Caring Connected, we offer state-of-the-art solutions to setup, pay for, and participate in the helping process on your terms:
Fill out treatment forms online so you can save some trees, ink, and spend your first session on what really matters—you!
Pay for service via cash, check, credit, debit, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), or Health Savings Account (HSA).
Our optional Care Packages offer unique, flexible perks like discounts for bundled services.
Come to our private, beautifully-appointed facilities in-person, or get help over phone or video.

1. WE BELIEVE IN FUNCTIONAL IMPROVEMENT. We want you to experience an actual difference in your daily life after working with us.
2. WE BELIEVE IN SETTING GOALS. Establishing concrete objectives is a powerful tool that helps track progress and reflect on the success you achieve over time.
3. WE BELIEVE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR CARE PROVIDER IS OF GREAT IMPORTANCE. Developing trust and a strong alliance with the right person can, in itself, be a big component of how and why you feel better and can lead to real, lasting change.
4. WE BELIEVE YOUR LIFE IS YOURS. Shocking, right? While you we hope you take the professional opinions of our Care Providers seriously, at the end of the day, it's your life. We can't and don't want to control your decisions. It will also ultimately be up to you to turn those opinions into action.
5. WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO FEEL YOUR FEELINGS AND BE HONEST ABOUT THEM. Another shock, right? Our Care Providers will always recommend what they feel in their professional opinion is best for you, but that doesn't mean it's impossible for you to feel confused, upset, or any other emotion because of something they say or suggest. If that does happen, we hope you'll be honest with your Care Provider about it because they are specifically trained to listen, take you seriously, and accept your feelings without being defensive--even if what you have to say is something negative about them. We encourage honesty and self-expression because it allows you to advocate for yourself, be assertive, express your true feelings, and build a trust with your Care Provider that will make your working relationship much more helpful to you. After all, the whole concept of therapy is to tell your therapist how you feel, so if you can't be honest with them, then who?
6. WE BELIEVE IN COMFORT AND CONFIDENTIALITY. We want you to feel comfortable sharing anything and everything with your Care Provider, even if you are worried that what you have to say is scary, embarrassing, weird, or even potentially illegal. Sometimes, just the telling can be healing, and we want you to know that we won't judge or preach. That being said, while your Care Provider is legally bound to keep the information you share confidential, safety is always the top priority, and Care Providers are also legally bound to divulge certain limited information to appropriate authorities if they believe your safety or the safety of another person is in jeopardy. *
